  5.     3.1     12/01/98    - When recording a voice sample locally
  6.                           STFax ignored the "Max voice message
  7.                           duration" prefs and always used a timeout
  8.                           of 5 minutes.
  9.                         - The viewer displays the fax with black & white
  10.                           colors also with OS 2.04.
  11.                         - Increased stack size to 30 Kb since MUI needed
  12.                           more stack on some configurations.
  13.                         - Increased the fax decoding speed when viewing
  14.                           a fax.
  15.                         - STFax didn't close the serial port when the DSR
  16.                           signal was not found.
  17.                         - ReqTools.library is no longer used.
  18.                         - It could be possible that STFax didn't show the
  19.                           new messages in the listviews under some
  20.                           circumstances.
  21.                         - Added company name and phone number in the
  22.                           header line put in top of every fax page sent.
  23.                         - Now the font requester in Prefs/Fax allows you
  24.                           to choose a font greater than 24 points (max
  25.                           height is now set to 300).
  26.                         - Added "File" source in the messages panel to
  27.                           convert a sample into a voice file for the modem.
  28.                           Datatype are used when available, otherwise
  29.                           only 8SVX iff files can be imported.
  30.                         - Fixed bug: printer prefs were screwed up if the
  31.                           "Printer driver" menu was set at startup. This
  32.                           caused the "Cannot open printer.device" problem.
